Version 9.0.2 not asking for storage permission

When I try to install version 9.0.2 i won't be asked for storage permission, so I am unable to select a ROM to build from. When I go I'm to settings and try to manually approve storage permission the option is not there.

I am on Lenovo Legion y700 gen 4 and android 15.

Strange. Maybe a Lenovo specific issue. I'll look into it

In my case solved by using App Manager to grant the permission manually
