App requires permission to access all data #28

- I have checked the known issues and searched Github to ensure this issue has not already been reported.

Description of the bug:
The app should request access to one or more specific folders rather than r/w access to all files on the device (see RetroArch and other emulation software). Requesting blanket access is a massive security hazard and should never be used unless absolutely required.
