Integrate Twitter livestreaming with the app

In the simplest form it could use the Firebase Cloud Messaging and work as follows:

Before stream we send a push to the app which contains the link as an extra data, clicking the notification opens the periscope website/app.

In the next step we could consider saving the url to the database so it is accessible from the event's detail screen.
