Making the right environment

Well sorry to interrupt u, but now i have a problem in making the environment. I have tried on Centos 7 and Ubuntu, using the latest Anaconda. There are like 30 or more packages which can not be installed. I have checked online for various kinds of methods, but no one make it through. I wonder maybe u can help me solve it, please.

Well, one of my partners find out that it can work on windows system, and at last he solve it. So maybe you can change the system??

help, when I try to install the requirements.txt in conda, I obtain the same error which takes 30+ error, My operation system is win11.
I have changed different channel, like conda-forge, but it doesn't work.
