To my understanding your code increments the vote for a party which the Voter votes for by checking for the Voter's Aadhaar id in the Blockchain. The system neither provides any anonymity nor any privacy to the Voter's vote which is what Elections is about. Also, your system doesn't ensure that the original holder of an Aadhaar ID only gets to enter his/her id. There is no Actor or any mechanism in your system for checking if the right person entered an Aadhaar ID.

Your problem statement is very vague and shows lack of understanding of how Elections in India works and as to why the current EVM setup is important. Let's say your online system is made public, how will you ensure that a certain voter is SAFELY able to vote for his/her party sitting at home? Goons or other party members might enter into their houses and force them to vote and none is there enforce security. That is the reason why CAPF is appointed at the booths to eliminate any malpractice.

What about the people living in rural and tribal areas who don't have access to Internet and don't understand what a smart phone is. Why do you think EVM machines include just a simple BUTTON press with respective parties symbol attached to it? You just made the system taking the Urban people into consideration and completely forgot about the 70% of India which comprises of Rural areas.

Just because there is technology to make everything easy and fast doesn't mean it is feasible. Always look out for feasibility, especially in a country like India where technology is yet far behind.

Voting systems are not meant to be private. Who wants to reveal their vote in Public?
