Description
Implement Flak Turret Anti-Air Turret which prioritizes flying enemies. Bullets will create a small explosion after a fixed amount of time similar to the MK 15 Phalanx CIWS but due to how this one is a land based variant, it is appropriate to call it Counter rocket, artillery, and mortar or C-RAM for short.
