Because of bazel-contrib/rules_jvm_external#916, see also bazel-contrib/rules_jvm_external#1303,

my Bazel Maven Repository is not named @maven but something else, e.g. @enola_maven in my case.

It would be nice if this could be configured in bazel-steward.

Without this, it fails.
