能否将Edgeless的插件跟HotPE的插件整合在一起 #81

HotPE的插件可以在线下载，界面可见；Edgeless的插件需要先通过网络下载插件，再通过Edgeless下面的界面打开跟安装插件。
能否实现：

HotPE的插件跟Edgeless的插件放到一个界面，实现可视化的下载安装；
Edgeless的插件通过ept在cmd中下载安装；
