hotpe 版本 V0.3.240201
ios 为微软官网下载最新 Windows11，pe 中双击挂载 iso 后在虚拟光盘里的 setup 无法打开

iso 的 steup 在 Windows11 和 wepe 环境中正常打开并且安装，但是在 hotpe 下就不行
