How to download Galcore version 6.4.6.2 ?

Hi, I try to run models on Khadas VIM 3 with Tengine-lite, but I have such error:

[     1] HAL user version: 6.4.6.345497
[     2] HAL kernel version: 6.4.8.415784
E [Init:194]Create tensor fail!

I have read here https://forum.khadas.com/t/vim3-tflite-with-delegate-segfault/18872 about old version of Galcore. Can you help me to get Galcore version 6.4.6.2 ? Now I have Galcore version 6.4.8.7.7.1.1.
Also I have this lines:
