Hi, I'd like to apply for this issue.

I work across JavaScript/TypeScript and React, and I'm comfortable with this kind of test-suite triage.

My approach: run the suite first to see the actual failure modes rather than guess at them — rendering failures (likely missing providers/context wrappers, or a dependency version mismatch), unmocked API calls hitting real network in tests, and any snapshot drift from recent component changes are the usual suspects. I'd fix rendering and mocking first since those are typically what's actually failing, then add interaction tests (user events, form submissions) and error-state coverage (failed API responses, empty states) for the critical flows once the suite is green and stable. For flakiness specifically, I'd look for unawaited async state updates and timing-dependent assertions, since those are the most common source of intermittent failures in React test suites.

I'll complete the task within a day of assignment and open a draft PR early once the failing tests are passing, before adding the new interaction/error-state coverage.
