Region does not populate dropdown

Gave this a try for a US market client. Biggest issue encountered is that the region fails to populate when it's dropdown type.

Prompt 123 Test Road, York, PA gives result:

Expected result is for Pennsylvania to be selected as State/Province.

This street format (street, then house number) is also invalid for the US, but it looks like that could be handled by DI if/when #17 is merged.
