Missing IVA's

One of the recent commits seems to have broken the IVA's in many parts: 93f1fbd

I am running KSP 1.3.0 with no other mods installed.

The two parts that used those IVAs were the KerbCan and the Mk2 VA pod (which used Ven's WIP revamp of the Mk2 lander can IVA). The Mk2 VA pod can get the stock Mk2 LC IVA, and the KerbCan IVA could be rehabilitated with some config edits (to rotate it and the props into the proper orientation...though it still would have the blank cylinder in the "interior overlay" view) or replaced by the Mk1 lander can IVA.
