Summary

Policy template deployment is not currently tracked as an analytics event, leaving a gap in usage insight.

Requirements

• Emit an event when a policy template is successfully deployed
• Include template type and wallet id as event properties
• Add a test verifying the event fires with expected properties
• Document the event in the analytics schema reference
