After a few months of work, Clarity V1.0.0 is finally complete! Within the readme, there is a complete feature list, as well as the currently tested elo. As of release 1.0.0, it has been estimated to play at a strength of 2200 elo and requires using the BMI2 instruction set for optimal performance. There is currently no backup for if your CPU doesn't support that, which is the next feature I am planning to add.
