Stopped containers still show value for uptime.

When you have a stopped container it still shows an uptime value.

This should probably show nothing for a stopped container.

Hello, you are right it still shows a time, but next to it it will say exited. I dont mind seeing how long it was up. when it starts again it resets. I can also see the the other way too. I have bigger things so not sure I will change that yet
