编辑模式

  • ir 即时渲染模式
  • sv 分屏编辑预览模式

描述问题

从wysiwyg模式切换到 ir sv 模式，脚注缩进变成如下的样子，最终导致渲染异常

[^bignote]: 脚注定义可使用多段内容。

缩进对齐的段落包含在这个脚注定义内。

关于转换的问题， vditor.html2md(vditor.getHTML()) 像这种也属于转换，是否能一并考虑下
