Error from virl-bootstrap.py - OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Virtual Box 5.0.18 + VirtualBox Extension Pack
but there are only 4 NICs possible.

I have installed Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS (64bit) and did Updates (apt-get)
