Add Component Tests For JUP Table

To make JUPTable testing easier and more consistent/repeatable, add a set of component level tests to test for the following:

• Table sorting with various types of data (strings, numbers, mixes of strings/numbers, dates, and BigNumbers)
• Ensure the table displays a default row when no row data is present
