Relaunch mod as a multiplatform release

The Quilt mod ecosystem is dead, there's no denying at this point. Minecraft 1.20.1, however, is not!
I do still wonder whenever it would be worth releasing this now, after a year of nothing; maybe it is, but it's definitely too late

I use 1.20.1 on occasion, and I'm aware that it's currently a "Long-term support" version for many mods. I personally would love to see this mod be ported to other mod loaders! Having the spawnChunkRadius 2 feature in 1.20.5+ greatly decreased worldgen times, so I still think this mod would be great for older Minecraft versions that do not have it.
