Closed Captions don't move with the rest of the ui when persistent interface is disabled

I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but I feel like it should follow the rest of the ui.

Also some modded overlays like Jade or Xaeros minimap don't move either, is there a way to include them?

Considering that closed captions are an accessibility feature, hiding them on zooming seems like a really bad idea. I would appreciate feedback from people who need closed captions about this.

For third-party mods, issues with minimaps are known (see #151) and should be considered a separate matter. I would appreciate it if a separate issue for Jade was opened though, since that mod is open-source (unlike the minimap mods..) and therefore I could investigate the issue myself
