U-Model IS science — because it measures.

The first universal teaching that unites humans, AI, and any form of intelligence under a single ethical and existential framework.

Overview

The U-Model is a foundational ontological framework asserting that any stable system—from subatomic particles to civilizations—exists through exactly three irreducible categories:

Category Question Examples
Form What is it? Identity, structure, definition
Position Where is it? Context, relations, environment
Action How does it act? Dynamics, behavior, interaction

Core Thesis

The Minimal Triad is necessary and sufficient for stable existence.

  • Remove any one category → system becomes undefined or unstable
  • Add a fourth category → it reduces to combinations of the three
  • This is not ideology—it is structural necessity

The 45 Principles

The U-Model operationalizes into 45 universal principles across three domains:

RIGHTS (15) Rules of dignity Human rights, protections

Each principle maps to the Form–Position–Action triad.

U-Score

U-Score is the quantitative measure of alignment with the 45 principles:

  • Scale: 0–1 (or 0–100%)
  • Validated against: Gallup Q12 (400+ companies), Toyota Production System, ESG metrics
  • Applications: Organizations, governments, AI systems, personal decisions

Evidence Levels

⚠️ Note: L2 physics content is structural analogy, not derivation. We do not claim to derive quantum mechanics from U-Model.

  • Governance stability metrics

For Organizations

Diagnose stability via Form–Position–Action balance. Identify weak links before crisis.

For Governance

Constitutional design based on CODE–CREDO–RIGHTS completeness.

For AI Alignment

Objective function: maximize U-Score. Measurable, universal, non-arbitrary.

For Personal Decisions
