Summary

• Adds a streaming and GenAI telemetry boundary assessment to ai-data-privacy with AI-PRIV-STREAM-01 through AI-PRIV-STREAM-03 and AI-PRIV-TRACE-01 through AI-PRIV-TRACE-05.
• Requires reviewers to inventory SSE/WebSocket/callback/replay boundaries, verify redaction before each streamed delta, distinguish raw content-bearing GenAI traces from metadata-only telemetry, and document export destination, retention, access, and DPA evidence.
• Adds vulnerable and benign fixtures for raw streamed/telemetry leakage versus stateful pre-boundary redaction with metadata-only telemetry.
