Option to toggle tooltip style

Request Description

Add a toggle to disable tooltip borders (frame & background)
so Tooltip Border color will have Rarity/Item Name/Custom/Off.
This will allow compatibility with resource packs (Excalibur) or even mods (Tooltipz-actually datapack) that add their own tooltip style.

The style of the datapack you mentioned can be easily replicated, much more effectively, in EnhancedTooltips through the Custom Colors option in the config screen and also the resourcepack, but I will think about supporting the Vanilla format.

You see, each project offers its own flavor and i really believe it would feel way better to be able to keep the resourcepack's style.
Examples below. I mean, there are already toggles for everything else.. but ofc feel free and do whatever you want to do 🙂
