  1. Uninstalled cura and reinstalled.
  2. same thing again didnt work.

Actual results

Nothing the files still dont pop up

Thanks for the report.
This is the Rocktopus file. Cura shows things in polka-dots when there are serious errors in the model. The model needs repair.

The "bac.stl" file is not watertight and also needs repair. After repairing the model the soap dish sliced.

I continued to have trouble with the Rocktopus model even after repair. Moving it towards the front of the build plate (in the Y) allowed it to slice. It sliced with an Elegoo 4 active, and with a UM S5 active, but it continued to refuse to slice with my Ender 3 Pro active.

The Cura team will take a look.
With my Ender 3 Pro active - "Backend exited abnormally with return code 3221225477!" showed up for both the repaired and the un-repaired model.
This is the repaired Rocktopus. No project file because slicing was inconsistent.
