[Feature] Reader question advance lock

Feature Description
A reader should not be able to advance to the next question in their form until they have entered an answer. If someone clicks too fast, they can skip through the whole form. See below video where I spam click the continue button:

Requirements

• Method implemented to stop user from skipping the whole form (accidentally or intentionally)

Additional context
May also need to implement more than just checking that the question is answered. Context blocks don't have a question and can still be skipped this way
