[Bug]: Cannot enter an hour value less than "06" for startTime (on homescreen)

What did you expect to happen?

When I type or click 05 for the startTime's hour on the home screen, it selects it and displays "05".

What happened?

When I type or click 05 for the startTime's hour on the home screen, it displays "06".

@TyHil I'm assuming we only get data from 6am onwards?

No, the UI code limits you to 6am cause the buildings are all locked.

We get data for all the events which does include some all day events. But I don't think I've ever seen a non all day event start that early
