Issue with expected values not matching - rounding issue?

A couple of things I noticed while working on new Puerto Rico equations, specifically the new region 2 equation for the 1-percent AEP.

• I made an excel file to compute confidence intervals, entered them and got the following repsonse:
  
• I put the values in unrounded and everything is coming back as rounded in the message.

I think he also tried putting the expected values in rounded and still had issues
