[Split Button]: Menu directly opens on pressing down the spacebar

Bug Description

When focusing the arrow down button of a split button, pressing down and holding the spacebar, the menu does open directly. However, actions should only be invoked after the spacebar is released.

Hi @Martin-Rippel, could you please provide an isolated example with reproduction steps or attach a video? Also, please describe the expected and actual behavior.

The issue can be reproduced using the Opening Menu sample from the UI5 Web Components.

Preparation

• Click on the arrow down button.
• The menu opens.
• Press the esc key.
• The menu closes and the arrow down button is focused.

Steps to reproduce the issue

• The arrow down button of the split button is focused.
• Press down and hold the spacebar.

Expected behavior
While pressing down the spacebar, the menu does not open and the focus remains on the arrow down button. Only after releasing the spacebar, the menu opens and the first menu item receives the focus.

Actual behavior
The menu opens as soon as the user starts pressing down the spacebar. In addition, the action of the first menu item, which receives the focus, is invoked once the user releases the spacebar, which also closes the menu.
