Hello, I downloaded and installed the VM version of STIR, but when I try to run simulations I got this error. I researched for the error but there was no solutions. Can you help me about this error? I'm studying for a project for the thesis, so it's a little bit important. Thanks in advance.

can you maybe say which STIR VM you are talking about? Ideally you also open a terminal, find the source (usually in ~/devel/STIR) and find out what hash you are on by sending us the output of git log -n 1.

I've fixed the notebooks now to run on recent STIR. This should remove your error. Please confirm.
