figure out how to transmit rotation from the pixhawk

Right now the gcs recieves the following information
```
ICAO: A
Lattitude: 34.059084
Longitude: -117.820535
Altitude: 0.056
Velocity: [0.0, 0.0, 0.0]
Airspeed: 0.05573
Battery Level: 0.117 
```

We need to also recieve the current rotation direction (i.e. 120.1234 degrees East or something) in order to determine the direction of the drone.
