Convert LiDAR Distance to GPS Coords

We already have a script that does this.
Make it so that the existing script communicates with the Qt Shared Memory and looks for on fire: TRUE.
Update this script so that it uses this telemetry from the shared memory.

Export the GPS location (of the fire) to the database
