Summary
Currently, the associated paper is not included when the README.txt is generated. It would be good to do so if one is present to ensure the paper can easily be found from the readme
Proposal
LD-Cool-P should include Resource Title/DOI in the Additional Notes section as something like
Associated Publication:
<Resource Title>. <DOI>
Testing notes
Code should work when Resource Title/DOI is and is not present. If not present, the Associated Publication block should not appear in the readme.
