`my_secure_cookie_key` error when launching Rstudio in singularity

When attempting to mount a folder into the singularity container, I receive the below error when using the run_rstudio_singularity.sh file.

FATAL: container creation failed: mount /home/lapotter/Desktop/test_Hatton_workflow/my_secure_cookie_key->/home/lapotter/Desktop/test_Hatton_workflow/my_secure_cookie_key error: while mounting /home/lapotter/Desktop/test_Hatton_workflow/my_secure_cookie_key: destination /home/lapotter/Desktop/test_Hatton_workflow/my_secure_cookie_key doesn't exist in container
