Direct URL acces to any section

let's say i have to sections:

1. Green Articles available to green user via symphony/publish/green-articles/
2. Red Articles available to red user via symphony/publish/red-articles/

if green user acces symphony/publish/red-articles/, he can do it without any problems. viceversa for red user.
