Tailing zeros with assignment weight

When a user adds an assessment to their own instance, they can have tailing zeros in the weight (eg. 10.00%) where as in the template it automatically trims any tailing zeros. This leads to an inconsistency that should be cleared up.

Can't reproduce, both allow trailing zeros and are then shown as trimmed when refreshed.
