Settings need to be validated on startup and bookmark changes.
- E.g., if a bookmark folder is removed or moved, the stored settings will conflict with the actual bookmark state.
How to display conflict is a bit tricky.
If bookmark folder settings should transfer when moving a folder should be customizable.
