Device busy

Depending of the environnement, it happens that the hotplug callback (*devusb.c*) mecanism can't extract the serial from the usb device. The reported problem is that the device is busy at this time. I can't see the reason of that, and can't reproduce the bug everytime.
But one thing is sure, it need to be fix, or at least find who is using the device and why.
