Allow the user to set a new GitHub SSH deploy key manually.

• By default check if the SSH key is already present and works. If yes, skip, unless the user specifies an "override" command.
• If the key is present, or not, but does not work, create a new one, verify afterwards that it works.
• Also include the command in the README.
