This package doesn't seem to work on either windows 7 or 8. It complains about not finding the file syslog.h. See issue #23 as well.

The same for Windows 10. I guess the issue are that this requires some native dependencies that are not supported on Windows. @mcavage any ideias on this? Project with the same issue: nodeschool/nodeschool.github.io#454.
