End-date shows current date in calendar after selecting Start-date

In case of a two date input like a start-date and an end-date
After selecting the start-date the end-date calendar shows the current date. If i select May-2nd, 2001  in the start-date the end-date should show the May 2001 calender. Instead it shows the current date and I have to go back to 2001 and select my end-date.
Is there a way to show the calendar according to my start-date?
