brook脚本求更新 #37

最新版的brook脚本有较大的改动，brook.sh脚本已经无法下载安装v20200901之后的新版本了。
v20200901版本之前brook releases默认下载链接URL规则：
https://github.com/ToyoDAdoubi/doubi/blob/master/brook.sh#L105

自v20200901版本之后开始，releases不再有brook文件，建议改为brook_linux_amd64，

另外因为脚本无法安装最新的brook v20200909版本，因此我也不确定脚本其余启动、停止、账号管理、卸载brook等功能是否正常，烦请大佬适配更新之。
