Feature Request: Elytra + Jetpack #135

It'd be rad to have a version of the jetpack that I could use together with Elytra (I'm using the Backlytra Mod).
I think the best way would be to have a combined item. I'd call it "Powered Elytra". It'd be tough to work out the particulars, since (for example) the space bar is integral to both behaviors, but I'm confident there's an intuitive solution (maybe right click with an empty hand when in the air to toggle Elytra "fly-mode"; or maybe that fly-mode is mapped to Caps Lock state, rather than toggled with space bar; or perhaps the jet pack uses f and v for up and down, respectively).
Anyway, the biggest shortcoming of the Elytra is the need to get up high to take advantage of them, and the drawback of the jetpack is long-distance horizontal flight. I think the two together would be a fantastic tool.
