Jetpack disappears

On the FTB launcher playing Sky factory I have a set up of 8 basic capacitor banks and lava gen and lava generators and other non related things (I believe). I put my resonant jetpack in the basic capacitor banks to charge and "Save and Quit to Title" and then reload and its gone, I do have a leadstone jetpack in there to for back up.
