GM/T 0006-2012、GB/T_33560-2017 中的定义是 1 2 156 10197 1 401 2

以0006为准，后续0091会发勘误遵循0006的定义

目前最新的0006是http://www.gmbz.org.cn/main/viewfile/20240628171658485353.html ，GM/T 0006-2023

嗯，Tongsuo中用的是GM/T 0091-2020 中的定义是 1 2 156 10197 1 401 3 1，应该修复一下
