What happened?

Ctrl+Alt+Del can't be assigned as a custom shortcut in Mouser because Windows intercepts this key combination at a system level, preventing the application from registering it.

Expected behavior

A possible approach is to offer an option for Ctrl+Alt+Del instead of custom keyboard shortcuts.

Steps to reproduce

1. Assign a custom shortcut using the designated button.
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del within the capture dialog.
3. Note that Windows will intercept this key combination, preventing the shortcut from being recorded.
