The program will run once and then once closed it will not run again

It was working just fine, I had closed and opened it a few times, then suddenly it would not start up until I restarted my computer. Then it only started once and will not start again... I have tried deleting all its files and redownloading it but the only thing that makes it run again is restarting my computer.

Ok, after further testing it seems to only happen if I am opening another program at the same time I start Desktoptale... Weird.

That's very strange, this shouldn't be happening. Does it start working again if you delete the file "GlobalSettings.yaml" from your Desktoptale folder? (you might need to enable the option to show hidden files in the Windows file explorer settings for it to show up)
