[IMP] longer default task list

The default number of tasks shown is initialised as '5'. This is too short for easy use since it's comfortable to mousewheel/trackpad scroll the list with the popout open. Better is:

- Short-term: Change default to '10'
- Better: Persist the last-used value in browser alongside the other popup-state keys so the selection survives popup close/reopen
