[IMP] sort Tasks by priority, then stage sequence

Tasks are currently sorted by ID ascending but an older task is not by definition more important.

Priority should determine sort order. Then stage (project.task.type) sequence ascending can be tiebreaker, to differentiate on big-volume pipelines or implementations using only core Odoo priority (you can only set a single star).
