[IMP] add a "Reset Timer" button to discard the active timer without saving

When a timesheet save fails (or for any reason), there is currently no way to discard the running timer without successfully submitting to Odoo. The user is stuck.

Requested behaviour is a a Reset/Discard button that:
- Does not create any Odoo record
- Asks for confirmation before discarding
